Local delivery

Free delivery to CB3 of any item to your door.  Also, free delivery of orders of £30 or more to CB1, CB2, CB4, CB5 & CB24.  A postal charge is automatically added on checking out online, however this will be reimbursed in these cases, on delivery of the item. 

 

How long can I expect to wait for my order?

I usually dispatch within 1-3 days of receiveing an order.  Should you need something more urgently, drop me a line as I may well have it in stock for next day dispatch.  I always reply to emails within a day.  I use first class postal services.  Expected delivery times are UK 1-2 days, Europe 3-5 days and outside Europe 5-10 days.

 

Does OffBeatGlass take bespoke orders?

I take requests from customers, ranging from colour variations to making something entirely new.  Should you have something in mind, do drop me an email.

 

Can I return an item?

I except returns on everything, except bespoke items (unless faulty).  All items should be returned in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  I recommened a receipt of postage, as I cannot refund unless i receive the item.  Buyers from EU are responsible for return P&P, while buyers outside EU are responsible for both outward and return P&P.

 

Buying as a gift?

Let me know at time of order, i'll pop a note on a gift tag allowing your gift to be sent direct.

 

A note on measurements....

All measurements listed on the site are approximate, as items are handmade and, as such, do vary slightly.  If you have a maximum or minimum size requirement, do let me know at time of order.
